Artist Agreement *

Sundries Studio agrees to not significantly alter the submitted media in production or magazine exhibition without prior consultation with and approval from the artist. You, as the artist, agree that any submitted work may be displayed upon the Sundries Studio website (sundries mag), and Sundries Studio social media accounts for the purposes of exhibition, display and marketing in perpetuity. You grant irrevocable permission to Sundries Studio to use your image, voice, headshot, biography, supplied social media handles and links in any article, brochure, book, etc. concerning artistic work and all editorial, advertising, promotional, commercial or informative purposes related thereto. You waive any inspection or approval of the above mentioned uses and release Sundries Studio from any and all liability and any and all claims by you, arising from the uses described.
